This animation was developed as part of a school project and proved to be a highly valuable learning experience. Over the course of one month, I worked on syncing character performance to audio while adapting to a new rig—both of which pushed my skills in timing, acting, and technical workflow within Maya.
Working with dialogue introduced new challenges, particularly in capturing subtle emotional beats and pacing the movements to feel natural and expressive. While there are areas I would refine with more time, I’m proud of the final result given the scope and timeline of the assignment. This project helped solidify my understanding of audio-driven animation and strengthened my confidence in delivering a narrative performance.
