I worked on digital marketing and production assets for Thrive Causemetics, identifying key inefficiencies in the creation of animated GIFs for email campaigns. The existing process relied on Photoshop for frame-by-frame animation, which was both time-consuming and error-prone. To streamline this, I transitioned our workflow to Premiere Pro, built reusable templates with locked framerates for email compliance, and trained fellow designers—reducing animation turnaround time and improving consistency across deliverables.
I also introduced more efficient masking methods for product images, leveraging Adobe’s automated features to replace manual cutouts. This saved hours of production time while ensuring clean, professional results.
Beyond workflow improvements, I contributed to the design and layout of Thrive’s email marketing, developing modular templates and final designs for product-focused campaigns. Collaborating with other designers, I helped maintain brand consistency across variations while optimizing visuals for performance. Whether supporting seasonal promotions or new product launches, I ensured each asset was polished and on-brand.
These contributions enhanced both speed and quality across the creative team, enabling us to meet tight deadlines while raising production standards.
Reflection: This project reinforced the value of streamlining design workflows for both efficiency and consistency. By improving animation and masking processes, I gained deeper insight into how technical refinements can enhance creative output. Additionally, training my team in new systems strengthened my ability to guide adoption of improved methods, making our production pipeline more scalable.
 Ice Princess - Email
Designed a step-by-step email campaign for Thrive Causemetics, featuring custom GIFs created in Premiere Pro to visually demonstrate application techniques. Developed the full layout and visual design, balancing educational content with a clean promotional structure to drive product engagement and conversions.
Beauty Besties - Email
Designed email compositions for a Galentine’s Day-themed sale, presenting two distinct concepts for client review. One design embraced a heart-centric, gift-giving aesthetic, evoking warmth and sentimentality, while the other featured a clean, streamlined layout for a more modern approach. Both compositions balanced festive charm with clear promotional messaging, ensuring strong visual engagement while maintaining brand consistency.
 Email Layouts
Created clean, modular email templates to streamline production and maintain consistency across Thrive Causemetics campaigns. These layouts were designed with flexibility in mind, allowing other designers to easily update messaging, products, and offers while staying on-brand.
 Mask Out Products
Created a variety of clean, high-precision masks for cosmetic products, including smudges, swatches, and packaging elements. These masks were used across marketing materials, product pages, and promotional visuals to ensure flexibility across backgrounds and layouts.
