This project was completed over the span of a month, and it’s been incredible to see how much I’ve grown in that short time. A lot of that growth came from refining my sense of timing—something I focused on heavily during the Gargoil Animation. That experience directly influenced the pacing and weight in this piece.
Every shot was hand-keyed—no motion capture was used at any stage. I relied on my own reference footage throughout the process to keep the movements grounded and believable, though I’ve chosen not to include them here to avoid cluttering the presentation.
This piece represents a step forward in my animation journey, and I’m excited to continue pushing my skills with more complex character-driven performances.
